This is a
real list of substances to avoid if you wish to avoid gout. This goes back over
my entire history. Part 2 (Gout #18) is post cigarettes/mercury detox and includes more information on the internal chemical toxins.
These
relationships are quite complex. Therefore, the percentages do not add to 100%
because of synergies between the substances. Some of the substances may not be
toxic without the presence of other substances. Also, the substance may create
cravings for other substances which cause more harm. For example, the torture
of receiving Mercury tooth fillings (see Gout #13, Free Dental Care) induced
resentment which invites in an external intentity that can take over and create
cravings for harmful substances later in life (see theory). Allocating the cause is
therefore double counting, as, for example, some of the Mercury caused some of
the alcohol consumption which also independently produced gout. Also, Mercury
made the effect of toxins in cigarettes worse. There is no way to separate
these effects, for reduction is the wrong concept.
This list is
a complete list of poisons that created my gout. The solution is to avoid these
substances. This article does not contain any beneficial substances, (say
consuming uric acid), as if these poisonous substances are avoided, and with
sensible nutrition (don't listen to experts, listen to your body), the body
will purge the toxins – you will get gout temporarily during this process and
eventually be done with it.
Gout
Causing Poisons
Mercury:
15%, of which dental=78%, vaccines=2%, fish=20% – seafood with high mercury can
cause gout, but seafood without mercury cures gout. Unfortunately the oceans
have already been poisoned by the Archonites (rulers), those possessed by
Archons. Mercury is the heavy metal (e.g. lead<1 br="" cause="">1>
Manufactured
Cigarettes: 35% (see below, a list of the subset of poisons taken from
wikipedia's list of “government approved” cigarette additives). Note: tobacco
and Nicotine
are beneficial against gout, so switch to ecigs rather than quit, at least
until the corps/archons start producing ecigs.
Carbs/Corn
Syrup: 20%
Sulfides:
5%
MSG:
6%
Aspartame:
3%
Alcohol:
91%
There is no way around the alcohol, although small amounts the body can process. It is a poison plain and simple, no matter how much you have been tricked to love it.
List of
Gout Causing Toxins in Cigarettes (Bold items are particularly toxic. The list was long – about 600 items –
may be one or three errors/omissions):
·
L-Asparagine Monohydrate (Note: when burnt is
poison, L-Asparagine is not poisonous)
·
Cassia
Bark Oil (poison when burnt)
·
Cassie Absolute and Oil (poison when burnt)
·
Levulinic
acid (poison when burnt)
·
“Methyls” (see below for list of all
“methyls”)
·
Mullein Flowers (poison when burnt)
·
delta-Undecalactone (sold as a
natural peach flavour, but beware as this compound is chemcially active wth
different activity from that in actual peaches, also an aldehyde)
Aldehydes:
·
Cuminaldehyde
(not in my cigs)
·
Valeraldehyde
(Pentanal)
Only this
aldehyde was not poisonous:
May not be in all cigarettes but poisons
·
Xanthan
Gum (poison when burnt)
Menthols (poisons when burnt):
·
Menthol
·
Menthone
Methoxys:
Dimethyls (all but Dimethyl Succinate which is an exception)
Methyls:
·
Methyl Linoleate (48%)
·
Methyl Linolenate (52%) Mixture
·
(Methylthio)Methylpyrazine (Mixture Of Isomers)
Trimethyls:
