All these blogs share some relevant observation that I
myself made, independently of what I knew at the time. I don’t write much about
what others have discovered but rather refer the reader to these writings. The
role of the stomach was something that I never considered, but it made my life
a lot easier, and took some of the pressure off my monkey brain (we seem to
have another brain in the gut). I provide it as a good example of how becoming
your own doctor and using the personal scientific method will deliver results,
hard fought for and won, that come out of nowhere.
Gout #5, Hyperventilation and Correct Breathing
Ever wake up from a full night’s sleep (say 8 hours) and
feel terrible? You feel off in some way but can’t put your finger on it?
Perhaps it seems that the moving parts in your head are sticking and grating
each other? Well there could be many reasons for this, but one key issue is
that you may have been hyperventilating during your sleep.
Gout #3, The Personal Scientific Method
Movies and television these days are obsessed with stories of “superpowers” that people possess: telepathy, mind control, teleportation, and all types of super soldiers. One superpower is overlooked in these days, and the one superpower that I believe all possess is the conscience. “con” is a latin prefix that means “together, with” and Latin “scientia” means “knowledge, a knowing, expert”. From etymonline.com, conscience comes from Latin consientia “knowledge within oneself, sense of right, a moral sense”. Maybe this was the power that Adam and Eve received from eating from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. In any case, every human being can be “with science” or conscience/conscious.
Gout #2, Embrace the Pain and Pain will Go
Here I was at the key point in my journey of curing my gout, and my being knew it. 9 months ago I had made a New Year’s resolution to not take any pain killers to dull the intense burning pain of my occasional gout attacks. And after learning so much about my body and my gout I had arrived: here it was, my test, my Jom Gabbar
Gout #1, The Cause of Gout
Recently I met with a rheumatology doctor from a large hospital who informed me that a large percentage of the population is taking allopurinol for life, to avoid the pain of gout. Gout is often a side effect of the other pills that people take in their allopathic quest for “health” (really absence of symptoms) and apparently, gout is an epidemic in this current period of toxic and nutrient deficient foods.
So what is the medical profession's opinion of gout?
Did the depression of the 1930s even happen? A tree falling in the night?
I got all the books out of the library about the 1930s depression. (No nuke blasts necessary to cause that depression, just govt induced credit creation -- and then the inevitable contraction). It wasn't hard there were just 7 books on the NZ depression!! Think! There are whole shelves of books on Mokos, not that Mokos are not important, but the worst economic time in history has 7 books -- it's a coverup for the myth that socialism and Keynesian policy worked, but that is another story.
Microwaved water kills plants?
Motivation
I have an interest in growing plants. Mainly food, and particularly the uncontrollable ones, like watermelons and cucumber. Amazingly some plants that have medicinal functions are banned by the government where I live. When your government will throw you in jail for growing a plant, it makes me wonder who is stoned and who is thinking sensibly? If this medicine is not what your local friendly power loving government agent wants you to consume, you should do the opposite. Are they so scared people might have an original thought under its influence? What a con! But that is another blog. This blog tells of my experiment demonstrating the effect of microwaved water on plants.
Any gardener knows the secret to growing plants is that the plants do all the work, and the gardener simply needs to observe them and provide water, weeding, nutrients if the plants are deficient, and make it more difficult for the predators to destroy the crop. But good quality water seems obviously to be a key factor in growing a good crop.
So stories of microwaved water being harmful to plants attracted my interest. There is a link here about a girl's school science project that shows microwaved water could be used as a powerful herbicide: http://execonn.com/sf/. The herbicides that you can buy at the garedning store may not have done as good a job as the microwaved water! This webposting has been picked up by www.rense.com and in a recent book by David Icke.
